ISSA Certified Glute Specialist

Build a better boody with me! Did you know the Glute Max is the largest muscle in the body? The gluteus maximus stabilizes the hip, which helps maintain alignment of the femur and pelvic area. It also supports the trunk and pelvis. It's not the only muscle in our rear end. Glute Medius and Glute Minimus have important functions too like rotating our thigh and moving inward and outward. Move better with stronger glute muscles!

As a specialist certified in corrective exercise, I can perform movement assessments, make referrals to medical professionals when necessary, and incorporate appropriate strategies into your training program to help you correct movement dysfunctions and muscle imbalances. Ultimately, this will lead to improved physical performance and reduced physical pain.
