"I've been working with Penny as a personal trainer for a couple of months now. Penny has assessed my needs and each session plans exercises to strengthen my areas of weakness. She carefully watches my form and corrects me when needed so I can get the maximum benefit from the exercise. Penny is punctual and very pleasant to work with. The neighbors gals and I started training with Penny last November (9 months ago.) Penny comes right to your house and is always prepared with a workout that targets all the muscle groups. She is very knowledgeable, demonstrates all of the exercises and recommends alternate modifications to exercises if necessary. Penny is always on time, very dependable and passionate about training and helping others. Her physique is a testament to her dedication. Look at her muscles!!
